Case Notes
Case Description: This case involves a 27-year-old female who underwent nasal reconstruction using the technique of open reduction internal fixation for displaced nasal bone fractures. The before-and-after images, taken five months apart, document the physical outcomes of the procedure. Initially, the patient presented with notable displacement and asymmetry in the nasal structure. Post-operatively, there is visible realignment and restoration of nasal symmetry. The nasal contour appears smoother, and the overall nasal architecture is more uniform compared to the pre-operative state. These images illustrate the changes in nasal form following surgical intervention without suggesting any assumptions about patient experience or future results. This surgery was performed by Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Dan Shell in Memphis, TN.
