This is a 47-year-old young lady who underwent mastopexy with implant exchange. She is 69" tall and weighs 178 pounds. She was a 34H with a 475cc implant and wished to be smaller. We exchanged her implants to 300cc in the left breast and 330cc in the right breast. She is now a 34DD. The post-op pictures were taken 11 months after the pre-op pictures.
