Office Manager

Brandy has served as our Office Manager for more than a decade. With a background in nursing from Baptist College of Health Sciences, she brings a clinical understanding and a patient-centered approach to everything she does. Brandy is dedicated to ensuring that each person who enters our office feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in their experience. Her leadership upholds the highest standards of professionalism and service. Outside of work, Brandy enjoys off-roading in her Jeep and spending quality time with her family.

Transcriptionist

Melinda has served as the Medical Transcriptionist at Shell Cosmetic Surgery Center since 2022. Originally from West Tennessee, she proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard and earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Following a successful career in law enforcement, she retired in 2022 and transitioned into healthcare. Now working part-time, Melinda enjoys glamping adventures with her husband and cherishes her role as a dedicated dog mom.

Front Desk Receptionist

As our Front Office Coordinator, Monica is often the first welcoming face patients encounter. Her warm personality and attention to detail help make the experience of scheduling, preparation, and follow-up both smooth and reassuring. Monica finds deep satisfaction in guiding patients as they take important steps toward improved confidence and well-being. She enjoys life with her two sons and their beloved pets and finds relaxation in a good book.

Medical Assistant

Zadie joined the Shell Cosmetic Surgery Center team in 2023 and serves as a valued Medical Assistant. A pre-nursing student with a strong interest in healthcare, she balances her academic pursuits with her professional role and family life. Zadie is passionate about helping others and takes pride in supporting our patients through every step of their care. In her free time, she enjoys being with her daughter and caring for their animals.
